艺术疗愈的数字化转型:沉浸式技术与生成式人工智能及其设计框架

数字技术的快速发展正在深刻重塑艺术疗愈的理论范式与实践形态。本文聚焦两类技术路径:一是以VR、AR为代表的沉浸式艺术疗愈,二是以生成式人工智能为代表的人机协同艺术疗愈。系统梳理了2005—2025年间国内外相关文献,从精神分析、人本主义心理学、具身认知等理论根基出发,勾勒出艺术疗愈数字化转向的关键驱动力与发展脉络。在VR、AR领域,本文综合分析了VR绘画疗愈、虚拟暴露治疗、虚拟疗愈环境等干预模式的实证研究成果,揭示了临场感、具身表达和沉浸感等核心心理机制。在AI领域,本文聚焦AIGC赋能下的人机协同创作工具及AI辅助心理评估系统,审视了数据隐私、算法偏见和治疗关系变化等伦理议题。本文还从积极设计、积极计算和情感计算视角构建了数字艺术疗愈的交互设计理论框架,并针对当前研究的局限性提出了五个方面的未来议程。研究发现,数字艺术疗愈领域仍处于概念验证阶段,亟需大样本随机对照试验和跨学科协作以推动循证实践。本文尝试从设计学视角对数字艺术疗愈研究进行跨学科综合评述,为该领域的理论深化和实践创新提供了系统性的知识图景和分析框架。
